Bring some spice to the party with these crowd pleasing Jalapeño Poppers. The creamy rich filling blends perfectly with the heat from the jalapeño and crunch of the bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. jalapeños
  • 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
  • 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage

 

  • 20 pieces Kirkland Signature precooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons The Everything Seasoning

Tools

  • Sauté pan
  • Knife
  • Spoon
  • Baking sheet
  • Cutting board

  1. Place raw sausage in sauté pan and coat in The Everything Seasoning and cook sausage
  2. Add cream cheese to cooked sausage
  3. Cut tops of jalapeños off, slice lengthwise, and deseed
  4. Fill jalapeños with sausage and cream cheese mixture
  5. Cut bacon pieces in half and place on top of each jalapeño
  6. Cook jalapeños at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until jalapeños are cooked down
  7. Enjoy!
