Way down in the lower-east side of Washington state, where we exchange rain and pine needles for rolling tumbleweeds, lives a caterer whose food has become stuff of legend. Grilling over open flame and charred oak, Bruce and Tip Pit BBQ have built a longstanding reputation for kickass barbecue that packs a punch.
Of course, as true caterers do, Bruce and the Tip Pit couldn’t survive just serving up legions of tasty barbecue — no sir (or m’am), — they needed variety! Pastas, seafood, desserts and beyond! As true caterers, they needed to do it all, and more importantly, they needed a flavor to separate themselves from the competition — in step the Everything Seasoning.
From fish to tri-tip, chicken and more, the Tip Pit’s legendary blend has remained secret until only recently, and now that secret can be part of your cupboard as well. Whether it’s over open flame, or oven-baked, the name describes it all.

Salt, garlic, spices, cane sugar, chili powder (chili pepper, salt, spices, garlic), onion, lemon peel, sunflower oil, citric acid, orange peel, parsley and extractives of turmeric. Silicon dioxide added to reduce caking.
